OUTSIDE: This corner apartment has views overlooking the golf course from its covered Balcony which leads off from both the lounge and Main Bedroom. Patio table and chairs for 4 persons are supplied. There is also a large roof terrace for sun bathing, two sun beds have been supplied. It also has a car parking space for those wanting to hire a car. There is a communal swimming pool only for use by residents of this small complex.

LOUNGE: 2 Sofas, Coffee Table, TV, DVD. The dining area has Table and 4 Chairs. Patio doors lead onto Balcony

KITCHEN: 4 Ring Hob, Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Glassware, Crockery, Cooking Utensils, Cutlery, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Iron, Ironing Board

BATHROOM: Shower, Hand Basin, Bidet, WC

Towels for use in the apartment and bed linen supplied and changed weekly

COMPLEX: This is a small complex originally built as residential accommodation but a few of the apartments are being used as holiday rentals. The apartment has use of a communal swimming pool only shared by the small development it is situated in.

LOCATION: The Atlantico shopping centre with cafés, bars, shops, supermarket, cinema (now showing some films in English), and bowling is a short stroll away (about 3 minutes). Behind the Atlantico centre are beaches served by a new beach bar. For those wishing to visit Caleta itself (a five minutes journey away), there is a regular bus service from the Atlantico centre which is also served by taxis. The more energetic can walk into town, or stroll along the promenade from the beaches behind the Atlantico centre onto the main beach and harbour at Caleta.

OUR OPINION: Ideal for golfers as well as families wanting to have the comfort of a spacious apartment. This is a beautiful apartment, very reasonably priced and furnished to a very high standard.
