Door leading to: UTILITY ROOM: Ironing Board, Iron BATHROOM: Bath with Shower over, Hand Basin, WC Upstairs BEDROOM: Twin Beds, Bedside Tables and Lamps, Fitted Wardrobe. View towards Golf Course BEDROOM: Twin Beds, Fitted Wardrobes BATHROOM: Bath with Shower over, Hand Basin, Bidet, WC Bed linen and towels for use in the apartment are provided and changed weekly COMPLEX: This is not a complex built around a swimming pool. It is more of a small housing development. The properties have use of a beautiful communal pool which is secure and can only be used by people who are living on the development. This property is directly across the road from the swimming pool and can be seen in the main picture of this page. LOCATION: Situated on the Fuerteventura Golf Resort. This villa is within a five minute taxi journey from the main resort centre and beach. The facilities of the five star hotel on the golf resort are close by. The hotel is also the club house for those wanting to play a round or two of golf. A free bus service runs half hourly from the hotel going down to the Atlantico shopping Centre where you will find a Spar supermarket, shops, a six screen Cinema which has recently started showing the odd film in its original language and a Bowling alley. The beaches behind the shopping centre are ideal for those wanting to build a few castles or just lap up the sun The Atlantico shopping centre is where the bus can be caught taking you into Caleta de Fuste or the Islands capital of Puerto del Rosario and taxis are also available. OUR OPINION: This is a beautiful villa, very well furnished and equipped to a very high standard. No plastic patio furniture here. Ideal for the golf enthusiast and for those wanting a holiday to remember.
