OUTSIDE: This house has a Balcony to the rear leading off from the main bedroom. Ground Floor LOUNGE: 2 Sofas, Dining Table with 4 Chairs KITCHEN: 4 Ring Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Fridge/Freezer, Cooking Utensils, Crockery and Cutlery. Washing Machine BATHROOM: Bathe with Shower over, Hand Basin, WC BEDROOM 1: Double Bed, Bedside tables and Lamps, Wardrobe. Door leading onto Balcony Downstairs BEDROOM 2: Double Bed, Bedside Cabinet and lamp, Wardrobe. BEDROOM 3: Twin Beds, Bedside Table and Lamp. Door leading to small area at rear suitable as a drying area BATHROOM: Shower, Hand Basin, WC All bed linen and towels for use in the apartment are supplied and changed weekly COMPLEX: This is a private complex built for residential purposes. A few of the houses are used for holiday lets. The pool area has two circular pools in the centre of the complex, one for adults and one for children. The area around the pools has recently been tiled for more comfortable sun bathing with some garden areas. Sun beds are available around the pools. This house overlooks the adult pool. There is also a small children's play area. LOCATION: Situated in Costa Antiqua otherwise known as Nuevo Horizonte a 20 minute stroll along the promenade, where if you are lucky you will be able to watch and feed the chipmunks, takes you into Caleta de Fuste. The local bus stop is close by where you can catch the bus into Caleta (one stop) or go into Puerto del Rosario the Capital of the island. There is also a taxi rank within 2 minutes walk from the complex. The Complex is situated close to two very good bars which serve food and small supermarkets. There is also a hotel with bar that can be used. OUR OPINION: These two apartments are ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday. The walk into Caleta is very pleasant, chipmunks and the sea crashing into the rocky coastline make the time pass quickly. The golf course can be easily reached by taxi, journey time approximately 10 minutes to the Club House.
