OUTSIDE: This villa is gardened at the front. It has its own swimming pool to the side of the house, two sun beds are supplied. An outside dining area is provided with table and chairs for 6 persons and BBQ. There is also a laundry area complete with washing machine and sink. The lower level to the rear of the house has a small patio table and chairs.

LOUNGE: 1 large corner sofa. 2 armchairs. Widescreen TV with BBC1, 2, ITV1, Chanels 4 & 5. DVD. Coffee Table. Dining area with Table and 6 Chairs, Ceiling Fan

KITCHEN: Oven, 4 Ring Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Glassware, Cooking Utensils, Crockery, Cutlery, Iron, Ironing Board, Fridge/Freezer. Breakfast bar with 3 stools.

BATHROOM: Bath with Shower over, Hand Basin, WC

BEDROOM 1: Double Bed, Bedside Tables and Lamps, Wardrobe , Ceiling Fan

DOWNSTAIRS

BEDROOMS 2 and 3: Twin Beds, Bedside Table and Lamp, Wardrobe, Ceiling Fan

BATHROOM: Shower cubicle, Hand Basin, WC.

Bed linen and Towels for use in the apartment are provided and changed weekly

LOCATION:   A little less than a 15 minute walk will take you to the Montecastillo centre where there are a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Entertainment can also be found around this area including on some of the time share complexes where you are welcome to use their bar facilities.
       A further ten minutes walk will take you into Caleta de Fuste itself although from here you can hop on a little tourist train which will take you to the town or right through to the harbour and costs about one Euro.
       Taxis are also cheap costing about three Euros from the town to the villa or from the Atlantico shopping centre where there are boutiques, a large supermarket, bars and restaurants

OUR OPINION: A beautiful villa with stunning views. Ideal for those wanting a relaxing holiday but close enough to all the facilities of the resort to allow for a more active holiday.
