OUTSIDE: This villa is situated on a corner plot. It is terraced and gardened with a large heated swimming pool. Patio tables, chairs and sun beds are provided.

CONSERVATORY: Dining table with 6 Chairs

KITCHEN: Oven, 4 Ring Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Glassware, Cooking Utensils, Crockery, Cutlery, Iron, Ironing Board, Washing Machine, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher

2 BATHROOMS: Bath with Shower over, Bidet, Hand Basin, WC

BEDROOM 1: Double Bed, Bedside Tables and Lamps, Chest of Drawers, Wardrobe, Balcony overlooking the golf course with table and chairs provided.

BEDROOM 2: Twin Beds, Bedside Table and Lamp, Wardrobe

Bed linen and Towels for use in the apartment are provided and changed weekly

LOCATION:   Situated on the Fuerteventura Golf Resort. This villa is within a five minute taxi journey from the main resort centre and beach. The facilities of the five star hotel on the golf resort are close by. The hotel is also the club house for those wanting to play a round or two of golf.  The golf course is an 18 hole course which opened in Spring 2002 and played host to the Spanish Open in 2004. Caleta de Fuste now has two golf courses, the latest opening in 2006 and is just a short taxi journey from the villa.

A free bus service runs half hourly from the hotel going down to the Atlantico shopping Centre where you will find a Spar supermarket, shops, a six screen Cinema which has recently started showing the odd film in its original language and a Bowling alley. The beaches behind the shopping centre are ideal for those wanting to build a few castles or just lap up the sun The Atlantico shopping centre is where the  bus can be caught taking you into Caleta de Fuste or the Islands capital of Puerto del Rosario and taxis are also available.

OUR OPINION: A beautiful villa furnished to a very high standard. Ideal for those wanting a game of golf or a relaxing holiday but close enough to all the facilities of the resort to allow for a more active holiday.
